Syntax
File_CreateTimeCreated(pFile As Global_sFileName, bDay As Global_bDay, bMonth As Global_bMonth, bYear As Global_bYear, bHours As Global_bHours, bMinutes As Global_bMinutes, bSeconds As Global_bSeconds), Byte
Parameters
pFile — The name of the file to be created (maximum length 12 characters, including dot and extension).
bDay (Byte): The day of the month (1–31).
bMonth (Byte): The month (1–12).
bYear (Byte): The year, starting from 2000 (e.g., for 2024, use 24).
bHours (Byte): The hour in 24-hour format (0–23).
bMinutes (Byte): The minutes (0–59).
bSeconds (Byte): The seconds (0–59).
Return Status:
• cErrOK: Success.
• cErrExists: File already exists.
• cErrDiskFull: Disk is full.
• cErrRootDirFull: Root directory is full.
• cErrInUse: File number in use.
• cErrRWError: Read/write error.
Creates a new file and sets the time created property
A wrapper function combining File_Create() and File_TimeCreated()
