TftPartialAreaOn()

This command will activate the partial area display mode. 

The actual partial area must be set first using the  TftSetPartialArea() function.

Partial Area is a feature that allows only a specific section of the screen to be updated or refreshed, rather than the entire display. Any space outside the defined partial area will appear as blank pixels, but you can still update (send graphic data to) the graphic memory as usual.
