wX_Stop = X stop coordinate
wY_Common = Y coordinate
wColor = 16-bit color in 565 RGB format
Width = Additional width of the line in pixels. 0 means no additional width (i.e., 1 pixel wide).
Print a horizontal line expanded downwards.
