wX_Common: The common X coordinate for the vertical line.
wY_Start: The starting Y coordinate of the vertical line.
wY_Stop: The ending Y coordinate of the vertical line.
wColor: The color of the line in 16-bit RGB565 format.
bWidth = The width of the vertical line. A value of 0 means no additional width (i.e., 1-pixel wide), and higher values will expand the line to the left
Print a vertical line expanded to the left.
