wRHeight: Rectangle height

wColor: Outline color in 16-bit 565 RGB format

bWidth: Outline thickness in pixels:

• 0: No additional width (1-pixel outline)

• Other values specify the thickness of the outline

Draws an empty rectangle with an inward outline and specified thickness, centered at the given point and defined by the specified width and height.
